Each engagement is unique. We listen to your concerns before proposing a course of action. Your product may require more or less evaluation time than usual. After talking to you, we may agree on a hybrid approach that doesn’t fit neatly into the services shown on this site.
2-day minimum engagement
Where travel is necessary we request that you engage us for a minimum of two days (two one-day training sessions, or any of our longer duration items).
Travel expenses
Where travel is necessary, travel and entertainment expenses are passed on to you based on actual cost.
Participant expenses
For work which involves recruiting participants, expenses are passed on to you based on actual cost. No mark-ups or handling fees.
Work outside North America
We work worldwide. Much of our work can be performed remotely but for training sessions and at times when we need access to local users we will travel to your location. Our international rates are slightly higher to offset additional costs.
